PCM forms JV in Argentina

Progressive cavity pump manufacturer PCM and Argentinean oil services company Bolland y Cía SA have signed an agreement to set up a 50/50 joint venture headquartered in Argentina.

PCM Bolland SA will provide artificial lift progressing cavity pump systems (ALPCP) and associated services to the Argentinean oil & gas market.

Under the agreement, PCM and Bolland will share financial and technological resources to leverage the best of both companies and serve the Argentinean upstream sector.

PCM, which has been in the Argentinean ALPCP market for the past 30 years, will contribute its expertise and technologies to the joint venture, while Bolland will provide its customer base and service experience. With the addition of PCM’s ALPCP technology, Bolland will be able to broaden its offering of artificial lift solutions.
