City manager says smart water technology saved Jacksonville, Texas millions of gallons of water

The City of Jacksonville’s smart utility network quickly isolated water main and service line breaks – something the former city manager says prevented the loss of millions of gallons of water during Winter Storm Uri in February 2021.
